I am an advocate for heart health in women and a survivor of two open heart surgeries (if you didn’t already know) so this is something that is dearly important to me.

Tomorrow, February 1st, is the National Go Red For Women Wear Red Day! The whole month of February is Heart Awareness Month, but specifically tomorrow as the kickoff to it!

Heart disease IS the #1 killer among women (any age it can happen). It’s extremely important to raise awareness about this so please spread it around, post it in your blog, invite everyone in your family to show their support for your health and wear red!

Know your numbers, take care of your health, join the Go Red For Women movement. It could save your life!

Today was nice and lazy! A little yelling at the Packers was done…why Packers…why!?!

Natalie threw some clothes on and tried to convince us that she needed to go “bye bye”. I love these quick snapshots I grabbed of her.

My stepbrother and sister in law just had their second baby (the sex was unknown so even that much cooler). I’m an aunt again to a little baby girl, Madisen Lynneil! She arrived this morning at 8:24 am 7lbs 15oz 19.5 inches! I’m sure big brother Logen will be very excited about his new baby sister! Congrats Steve & Shay! I wish I could be there to meet her.

Every year I do a new partner announcement for the firm I work for. 2007s was done on beautiful Neenah linen textured cardstock(love the stuff). It featured an announcement sheet, biography sheet for each attorney and then finished off with an attorney phone directory.
