Meet sweet little Jaxson. Jaxson was introduced to me through the charity I’m involved with, The Littlest Heroes Project. Jaxson is living with Cerebral Palsy, but that’s not stopping him from being the happiest 18 month old he can be. Seriously all smiles and wanting to move!
