Wednesday, January 12th, 2011I’ve always been an artist, from the time I was a little girl, creating was something I loved. I was determined to be a Solid Gold Dancer. I believe I just dated myself. My love at 5 years old for Boy George is a whole other topic, I will not get into. 
The liberal arts has been a friend to me always. Solid Gold & Boy George aside, when I first picked up a paint brush, I fell head over heels in love. I painted and painted and painted. Over the years, my paint brush has been traded in for a camera and a Wacom Tablet, although I do try to revisit my first love from time to time. One of my favorite things to do while camping is paint.
I’ve been meaning to share this watercolor I did while camping at one of our favorite places in Idaho, Warm Lake. It’s a peaceful, beautiful place and I think of it every time I see my painting (minus the bad scan job).

Jaidean of Jaidean Baker Photography wanted an identity that would play off of her last name, Baker, and allow her to carry that theme through in her marketing pieces.
