I’m working on a personal project to redo the art in Natalie’s room and I could really use some sunshine vibes right now. We are heading into the mountains to go camping for the weekend…the weather forecast is calling for rain off and on. Boo! I don’t feel old, in fact I’m in the best shape I’ve been in in a long time. I still bust out in dance randomly, play with Disney Princess Barbies when asked, make Play-Doh cupcakes, wear skinny jeans & lip gloss. So why am I old…because I have a 3 year old. Have you ever spent time with a 3 year old? They. are. nuts. I love my girl to pieces, that is never in doubt, but holy cow, we are in for it this year. As of last week, I officially have a 3 year old and that makes me old.

Friday I had the opportunity to tag along & second shoot K&C’s wedding with the fabulous Diana of Yan Photography.

What a gorgeous & totally, completely, in love couple. K&C were already technically newlyweds, but held their beautiful ceremony & reception on friday in order to share their love with their family & friends. Watching the way they looked at each other so in love was simply breath taking.

In the stress prior to the wedding of making sure everything was set and in order, C popped into the getting ready room to grab some needed items. Busily grabbing what he needed and turning to rush out, he paused at the door. When he turned back around to look at his beautiful bride, all of the stress washed right off his face & he simply told her how beautiful she looked then planted a quick kiss. That’s the good stuff right there.

I fought back tears many times throughout the night & cracked up when The Robot showed up on the dance floor. Thank you K&C for letting me tag along with Diana & share in your special day. You are a truly beautiful couple inside & out.
