I was so excited to do this session, as I’ve know Steph & Darron for like ten years now. Not to mention I absolutely ADORE their son Madox. Like trying to arrange marriage for Natalie to Madox adore him. He is the cutest, sweetest, easiest to photograph little boy ever! Steph is also my assistant on photo shoots when I need her and she’s not pregnant. 
Steph & Darron are expecting their second baby very soon and as with Madox, baby #2′s gender is a surprise. I hope it’s another boy! Enjoy your blog love Steph, you have a gorgeous family!

So here is my reason for abandoning the blog & Freebie Friday this last week! We took a last minute trip to New Mexico to surprise my husband’s Grandma for her 80th birthday celebration. It was a long, long, long drive from Idaho but well worth it. Natalie had a blast and didn’t want to leave. While there we hit up the zoo in Albuquerque. What a cool zoo, huge and they are doing more work to expand.

Sunday evening it was Randi’s turn and it was a dark, cloudy & chilly day. However we braved the weather and only got rained on a little bit. I’m still wondering if the kids talked the parents into going out to eat afterwards. Randi, you have a beautiful family! Oh and guess what lens I’m saving for now! lol.
