Sunday evening it was Randi’s turn and it was a dark, cloudy & chilly day. However we braved the weather and only got rained on a little bit. I’m still wondering if the kids talked the parents into going out to eat afterwards.

Meet the S Family, what a cute family! Miss E had fun running around in downtown Boise, she’s an avid rock collector. We had a fun time watching me jump around like a crazy person getting E to smile. I bet you can’t guess who their favorite sport team is? Thanks S Family for spending the cloudy morning with me!
I met up with the beautiful Ariah from Middleton High for her senior photos this week. I couldn’t have asked for a better subject, it doesn’t hurt that her stepfather is also a photographer so she’s been in front of the camera a time or two before. Ariah is a polite, funny, sweet girl (her momma has every right to be proud) with a passion for sports, namely basketball. Middleton High, Ariah is Lucid Design & Photography’s 2010 Senior Rep so make sure to find Ariah in a few weeks or the start of school to grab up some Senior Portrait goodies she’ll have available!
Just a little teaser of what’s to come to my blog in the next few days. I had an awesome senior session with Ariah, my Middleton High Senior Rep, tonight. As soon as I saw this shot on my LCD, I knew it was gonna be good! Look at that yummy evening light and of course a gorgeous subject doesn’t hurt either!
Meet Jacob & The S Family. Jacob’s mom was introduced to me through The Littlest Heroes Project. Jacob was diagnosed shortly after birth with dilated cardiomyopathy, congestive heart failure and failure to thrive. To say that this little boy has been through a lot in his short 4 years is an extreme understatement. I felt so very blessed to be paired up with this family as I myself have beat the odds with a serious heart condition. I’ve got two 12 inch scars badges of survival to prove it.
Thank you S Family for letting me into your family for a short while on a gorgeous afternoon (finally right). I very much appreciated the opportunity to hang with you and celebrate your little hero.
